Randy Free is a resiliency life coach for adolescent males. A passionate youth advocate for over three decades, he has mentored hundreds of teens and guided them through spiritual life disciplines. Through his leadership with local nonprofits, he has built an extensive network with prestigious institutions where he continues to raise funds for providing health resources to underserved youth.
Starting from the humble beginnings of a rice farming community in Texas, Randy built his career as an international tax expert through hard work and mentorship. Having spoken to thousands, he’s widely sought after for his insights.
His experience includes building and scaling teams in locations around the world including Australia and Singapore. After climbing the ranks and attaining partner status in a global accounting firm, Randy realized he was being called to a higher level of service to serve adolescents by guiding them to become confident adults.
As founder of Aspire Coaching, Randy leverages the same leadership and coaching skills he used to guide fortune 500 CEOs from board rooms in stages to create positive impact in the lives of his clients. He is known for using a superpower of X-ray vision to see what has not been revealed, to hear what has not been spoken, to connect in authentic ways, and model the power of vulnerability.
